By purchasing products with a preorder, or recurring purchase option from our store, you agree to the following terms:

Preorders

Preordered items are charged at checkout and shipped once inventory becomes available.

Customers may request a cancellation for preorder items before the order has been processed or shipped. Once fulfilled or shipped, the order falls under our standard return policy.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before fulfillment begins. Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Refunds

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Chargebacks & Fraudulent Disputes

Customers agree to contact us directly before filing any payment dispute or chargeback. Filing fraudulent chargebacks may result in refusal of future service.
