1. Processing Times
All orders require 2–5 business days to process before shipment.
Processing includes:
Order verification, Quality check, Packaging.
Processing times do NOT include weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Times (U.S. Orders)
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days. Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days (if available)
Please note: Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, high order volume, or weather conditions.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
Your location. Weight of your order. Shipping method
Free shipping promotions may apply occasionally.
5. Wrong Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
If the address provided is incorrect:
We are not responsible for misplaced or lost packages. If the package returns to us, the customer must pay for reshipment.
Please double-check your address before completing your order.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been shipped and scanned by the carrier, Drunk Cigs is not responsible for:
Lost packages, Stolen packages, Damaged packages, Delivery delays
All claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
We will assist you in the process if needed, but replacements or refunds are not guaranteed for carrier-related issues.
7. International Shipping (If Applicable)
If international shipping is enabled:
Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days depending on location. Customs fees, taxes, and import duties are not included and are the customer’s responsibility. Drunk Cigs is not responsible for customs delays.
8. Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on inventory levels. You will receive tracking for each shipment if applicable.
9. Pre-Order Items
If an item is marked as “pre-order,” shipping will occur once the item becomes available. Estimated dates will be listed on product pages.
Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items may ship together or separately depending on our fulfillment workflow.
