At Drunk Cigs Apparel, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return:
Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition. Tags must still be attached. Item must not be worn, stained, or smell like smoke, perfume, deodorant, etc.
Non-returnable items:
Sale or clearance items, Gift cards, Custom or limited-run products
To start a return, contact us at [your email] with your order number and the item you’d like to return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or defective. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If we shipped you the wrong or a defective item, we’ll cover all return shipping costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right immediately.
